Tomoko Miyagawa received MA in Fine Arts from Aichi University of the Arts, Aichi Japan, in 2015. She is now a full‐time lecturer of Department of Design and Fine Arts in Ogaki Women’s College. She managed of repository and designed website, posters, books and so on of Ogaki Poster Museum, Japan from 1996. She was a graphic designer, web designer, and illustrator at Yu-graphic from 1999 to 2016. She was a Research Associate of Yokohama University of Art and Design From 2017 to 2018. She won three big prizes. 1st is Honorary mention at Tribute to Henryk Tomaszewski Poster Competition, Poland, in 2006. 2nd is Top 10 posters at Poster for tomorrow 2010 Death is not Justice, France, in 2010. 3rd is Best in show at Best In Show Poster Competition & Exhibition, U.S.A., in 2015. Her several posters have been selected and collected world’s competitions or museums.

Tomoko Miyagawa otrzymała tytuł magistra sztuk pięknych w Aichi University of the Arts, Aichi Japan, w 2015 r. Obecnie jest wykładowczynią Wydziału Projektowania i Sztuk Pięknych w Ogaki Women’s College. Od 1996 roku zarządzała repozytorium i projektowała stronę internetową, plakaty, książki itd. dla Muzeum Plakatu Ogaki w Japonii. W latach 1999–2016 pracowała w Yu-graphic jako grafik, projektant stron internetowych i ilustrator. Była pracownikiem badawczym w Jokohamie (University of Art and Design). Za swoją twórczość otrzymała wiele nagród, a jej prace były pokazywane na międzynarodowych wystawach.
