Krzysztof Ducki was born in 1957 in Warsaw. He graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, Department of Applied Graphics in 1982.
Since 1982 has been living and working in Budapest (Hungary). Main fields of his activities are: posters (cultural and political), images, logos, book and press illustration, booklets and package design.
He was one of the founders of DOPP artistic group (1987) and Hungarian Poster Association (2005; since 2014 head of the board).
He is a main organizer of the Budapest PosterFest.
Since 2010 teacher at the Budapest Metropolitan University (BA, MA).
The winner of the Hungarian state Prize Ferenczy Noemi Prize (1996) and Golden Pin Lifetime Achievement Award, Budapest, Hungary (2011).

Krzysztof Ducki urodził się w 1957 roku w Warszawie. Ukończył warszawską ASP na Wydziale Grafiki w 1982 roku.
Od 1982 roku mieszka i pracuje w Budapeszcie. Główne obszary jego działalności to: plakaty (kulturalne i polityczne), malarstwo, ilustracje książkowe i prasowe, broszury i projektowanie opakowań.
Był jednym z założycieli grupy artystycznej DOPP (1987) i Węgierskiego Stowarzyszenia Plakatu (2005; od 2014 r. jest przezesem zarządu tego stowarzyszenia).
Jest głównym organizatorem Budapest PosterFest.
Od 2010 roku jest Wykładowcą na Metropolitan University w Budapeszcie.
Laureat węgierskiej nagrody państwowej Ferenczy Noemi (1996) i nagrody Golden Pin Lifetime Achievement Award, Budapeszt, Węgry (2011).
